We make our best attempts to deliver in customer selected time windows, in exceptional cases there may be delays in delivery due to traffic/roadblocks etc.
To help us do timely delivery, in order notes, please specify gate codes, apartments numbers and any special instructions for our delivery personnel.


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are going to strive for it. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return. Vegetables, Fruits, Dairy and other perishable items can be returned to our delivery personnel on the spot for immediate store credit of the purchase price. All non-perishable merchandise can be returned within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.
